VARRON INDUSTRIIES LTD is our Alloy Manufacturing division and is situated at Ratnagiri, about 310 kilometres from Pune, on the Mumbai- Goa National Highway.
The plant covers around six acres of land a well developed plot a with state-of-the-art production facilities. The plant has a large storage facility and a spacious operating area. There are 150 experienced and well-trained technical staff here. We have been serving our customers for many years and our customers have always been satisfied with our quality and competitive rates.
Our aluminium products have been extensively used by all major automotive companies in India, as well as other industries. We are proud to state that we have more than 45 per cent of the market share. |

A leading manufacturer of deep drawn sheet metal components, stamped sheet metal auto parts & automotive sheet metal assembly and supplies components for automobile and industrial applications to many original equipments manufacturers.
The company manufactures most Rotor Units, Inox cages, Blower motor sub assemblies Tata -Toyo yoke assemblies, PG125 Cup, X1 motor yokes for automobiles along with other sheet metal press parts for the industry.
Established in 2007, Varron is backed with the latest automated design capabilities for tooling, a state-of-the-art press shop and a dedicated work force. The design facilities help the company to respond quickly and effectively to the customers requirements.The advanced computer system allows the company to arrive at product feasibility, tooling development, material planning, and machine loading in optimal time. A stringent quality system and excellent service backup has helped gain customer confidence.
