QUALITY IS OUR MANTRA
Varron is an ISO 9001-2000 company and the certification has been done through TUV SUD South Asia, for the “Manufacture & Supply of Aluminium Alloy Ingots & Metal Machined Components”.
The plant is equipped with the latest testing instruments, including optical emission spectrometers. Work is carried out under stringent Quality Control Procedures. Our philosophy, shared by the entire working staff at Varron from the top management to the factory operators is that “Quality must be built into the product”. Stringent quality checks are thus assured by the active deployment of quality control procedures. Proper records are maintained and samples stored so that any batches produced can be traced.
We always lay special emphasis on the quality of our aluminium alloy ingots to assure the best quality for our clients. We import high grade quality aluminium scraps from our world-wide suppliers, under proper inspection. Our quality control unit is supplied with modern analyzing equipment like a Universal Testing Machine, Image Analyzer and Spectrometer. Stringent quality checks are conducted, starting from the procurement of raw materials up to the delivery of the finished product. Each individual heat is examined by our experienced lab technical persons to test its grain size, gas content, physical strength, dross content and chemical composition; in-between lab tests are also conducted during the production process. |

ENGINEERING DIVISION SHEET METAL UNIT
Our Engineering Division (Sheet metal) an ISO 9001 2000 certified company, is situated at Bhosari MIDC, Pune. Our state-of-the-art Press shop (which has Turning and Milling facilities) has manufacturing facilities for the Rotor Yoke of Starter Motors, the Rotor Unit for Magnetos and other Automobile components. Various Power Grid items like connectors etc. are also available.
The company has a strong technological and infrastructure background, and consists of a team of energetic managers, dedicated engineers and skilled employees. We have the ability to accept new challenges and develop and supply quality assured products as per customer specifications. We also have a highly experienced technical staff with 25 to 30 years experience in this field, which is capable of delivering the best quality, fully machined components. The plant is backed up with all the latest infrastructure and machinery including a 10 Ton to 200 Ton Hydraulic Press (Electro-Pneumatic), a CNC machining facility, Turning Lathes, Drilling Machines, Welding Machines and a quality control laboratory.
